Holly likes supporting psychologists who are in the early stages of their career to build upon their knowledge base and develop their skills in evidence-based intervention. Holly values the opportunity to provide guidance and validation in these stages that can often be quite overwhelming and anxiety provoking. Holly is an experienced and knowledgeable clinician who can provide a very calm and containing approach to supervision.
Holly has worked within a specialised eating disorder clinic, as well as a generalist in the Child, Youth, Mental Health Service. Holly has experience working with clients with complex needs, and high risk. In these settings she has treated a variety of presentations including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorders. She has extensive experience in managing suicidal and self-harm behaviours as well as perceptual disturbances associated with trauma. Holly also has expertise working with developmental disorders including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, intellectual disabilities, and Autism.
