Nikki O’Reilly - Independent Practitioner
Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor
Nikki is an experienced Clinical Psychologist based in NSW. She is a Clinical Supervisor with experience supervising students for the 4 + 2, 5+1 and Clinical pathways. She has a history of providing training and supervision for rural and regional clinicians. Nikki is very passionate about supporting supervisees to find their own style to deliver evidence based and formulation driven treatments. She tries to make the supervision process as collaborative as possible, and she loves to hear from supervisees about what they find most helpful.
Nikki has a varied work experience providing psychological services. She has worked in the Getting on Track in Time Program, at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, focusing on Adolescent Medicine.

Nikki’s favourite part of supervising is watching supervisees as they grow. She values getting supporting psychologists in their early career stages by helping them to discover the type of psychologist they would like to become.
